Soledad for Bandoneon Solo
I'm always amazed at how music travels far and wide.
In 2003 I was hired by Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires in order to play 60 minutes of Bandoneon solos. You can imagine the hard work of writing over 40 pieces of music and playing in front of a large audience in one of the most prestigious Opera houses in the world.
Here is a great rendition of my arrangement of "Soledad", part of that bandoneon concert, recorded by Jim Troester in Kasendorf, Germany.
